The Apple App Store is about to reach 10 billion downloads by the end of the day so the company took its time to reveal the best iPhone and iPad apps ever released. The best free iPhone app is clearly Facebook, while the best free iPad app is Pandora.
Although many would have placed Angry Birds as the best paid iPhone app, Rovio’s game came only fourth behind Doodle Jump which came first, Tap Tap Revenge 3 which came second, and Pocket God which came third.
