More power, more torque, more driving pleasure.  The German tuner Techart squeeze 620 horsepower from the new Porsche 911 Turbo, leading  the supercar from Stuttgart   on the extreme 911 GT2 RS territory!

  Starting from the magnificent 3.8-liter twin-turbo engine, the Germans managed by a number of  changes to squeeze an extra 90 horsepower and 120 Nm. Magic recipe includes sports air filter, intake, exhaust system and ECU optimized, and the result is truly impressive: 620 HP  and 820 Nm!

But more impresive than this is the time of accleration from 0-60 mph, the german supercar manage to get under the barrier of three seconds, at 2.9 seconds. Moreover, 0-120  is achieved in only 9.3 seconds, and the top speed exceed 205 mph!

The German tuner, TechArt, will present at the Geneva Motor Show the new GTStreet R. It is based on Porsche 911 Turbo and develops 660 HP.

TechArt’s latest creation is the GTStreet R. It is based on a Porsche 911 Turbo, modified by the TechArt engineers, both in terms of performance, and design.

GTStreet R’s engine produces 660 HP, 160 more than the production model that is based on. The maximum torque of 634 lb-ft is reached at 4600 rpm and is sent to both the front and the rear axle through the four wheel drive system. GTStreet R accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.5 seconds and has a top speed of 214 mph. Among the modifications that made these performances possible is that the TechArt engineers have modified the Porsche’s gear ratios and clutch.

TechArt’s aerodynamic Kit includes a new carbon fiber splitter for front bumper and air intakes for better cooling of the brakes and the radiator. In the back of this model you can easily see the air evacuation channels which cool brakes and the rear carbon fiber diffuser. To improve the safety level, a complex lighting system was added, integrated in the front bumper.

TechArt Formula wheels are of 19 inch front and 20 inch rear. For optimal grip, TechArt recommends Continental Sport Contact 3 or Michelin Pilot Sport Cup Plus tires. A great improvement of the Porsche 911 Turbo is the VarioPlus chassis, which may alter its height by almost an inch. For everyday use, GTStreet R has an adjustable suspension. The system allows you to modify the front suspension’s hight with up to 2.4 inches, to suit the road conditions.

The GTStreet R’s interior was worked as carefully as the outside. TechArt sport leather seats and goes very good the with the details that combine the carbon fiber with the aluminum pedals. TechArt GTStreet R will be exhibited at the Geneva Motor Show, between 2 and March 14.
