The Dutch tuners of Kerkhof&Visscher have prepared a plus of power for the Renault Megane RS. The French car now reaches 310 HP, outrunning Ford Focus RS.

The almost anonymous tuners of  Kerkhof&Visscher decided to give us what the French engineers of Renault Sport haven’t offered on their Megane RS. The current generation of Megane RS, capable of delivering 250 HP as stock, received special treatment from the specialists, in order to be a rival for Ford Focus RS.

The guys of Kerkhof&Visscher called their creation Bye-Motions, and it’s the modified version of the French hot-hatch enjoying 60 extra HP and 90 pounds less.

The 2.0-liter gets a new intercooler and a tweaked ECU. For the exterior, the differences are made by the body-kit, by the black magnezium-made OZ wheels. In order to tame the troop of horses, the Dutch tuners have fitted a Brembo braking system. As optional, the customers can also order a brake kit similar to one on Renault Megane Trophy V6. The price for the tuning package starts from 1,800 euros (about $2,300), but it can reach 4,000 euros ($5,300).

Chris Visscher, the founder of the Dutch tuning house have said that in the near future the public will meet an extreme version of the French model. The tuners prepare a two-seats version of Renault Megane RS, 330 pounds lighter and a lot more powerful. According to Visscher, they will try to obtain a 9 pounds per HP ratio.
