The delayed Nokia E7 is now available for pre-order in Finland and Sweden as of today. This Nokia smartphone is available for €599 and you’re going to have to add a shipping fee of €8, but does this even matter considering the amount you’re going to pay for a mid-entry device?

Nokia is trying to conquer the market with another Symbian device that is not capable of anything and it’s not putting enough effort in MeeGo which might have a shot at saving the company. Espoo is still selling cellphones, but on the smartphone market Nokia is very quiet especially in the US and you know that the States are the biggest superphone market.

Anyway if you are from Finland or Sweden then go ahead and spend your money on the Nokia E7. God knows when it’s going to ship to your home! (Nokia says February 2011, but can you trust them?) Nokia added that the E7 communicator will become available in other markets very soon, though how soon is soon?

Nokia has officially taken another step backwards as it has announced that the company’s next flagship device, the E7, is going to be delayed until early 2011. The Finnish-based company cited durability issues with the Nokia E7 which could have prevented the user from “obtaining” the best possible user experience.

Nokia feels sorry that it will not be a part of the holidays sales season with the E7, but it’s happy that the Nokia N8 broke all the company’s pre-order numbers. The Nokia E7 release date was supposed to be December 2010, however, the smartphone has been delayed just like the Nokia N8 was delayed before being released on the consumers’ market.

The Nokia E7 features a 4-inch capacitive touchscreen, 8-megapixel camera, sliding QWERTY keyboard, built-in 16GB memory, 1GB ROM, 256GB RAM, Bluetooth 3.0, HDMI output, WiFi 802.11b/g/n, 1200mAh battery, a digital compass, Symbian ^3 OS, and a plethora of sensors. The Nokia E7 price will be around €495.
