The gorgeous  Mercedes-Benz CLS is finally portrayed in the official pictures  .  Admire him so.

The interior is a  more sporty evolution of the current  and it feels  the influences of the new E Class, the dashboard beeing  reconfigured in limo style Mercedes average.  The display is no longer Integrated  by the audio controls, but is independently placed on top of the  console and the  air conditioning controls go to the base .

Keeping the latest trends in the ergonomics of the Mercedes-Benz, in the armrest extension, where normally stays right hand of the driver  is now found the selector which operate the Cockpit Management And Data system – COMAND.   The steering wheel has a sporty design being  much better shaped, like the dashboard clocks which  are now in  individual cylinders deep enough.

Mercedes is currently working on an automatic gearbox with nine reports, able to provide unbeatable performance in terms of consumption and CO2 emissions.

Although on the market the automakers introduce the automatic gearboxes with eight reports, the guys from Mercedes already thinking ahead. The Stuttgart automaker engineers are currently working on a new automatic transmission, capable to exceeding the ZF performances, with eight reports, found on most BMW models.

According to unofficial sources, the Mercedes transmission unit will have nine reports and will be destinate for big propellers, which have a large torque. Unlike the automatic gearboxes currently on the market, the future Mercedes gearbox will provide an impressive fuel economy and CO2 emissions and will can be reduced the CO2 emissions to a new limit, without affecting the performance.

The Germans opt for such transmission and not for a dual clutch one, taking into account the benefits of a total mass, reliability, simplicity and production costs.

Although it appears that we are witnessing to a war of transmissions with most reports, Mercedes claims that the gearbox with nine reports is the maximum that can reach the industry today. The Germans believe that the developing of a multi-stage gearbox is an impracticable project which, above all, would induce the customers in error.

Mercedes-Benz will bring on the market 16 new models in next six months. Of these, most will be new versions of engine, electric versions or even hydrogen versions of current models.

Within six months, the Germans from Mercedes-Benz will launch a total of 16 new models or existing models facelift sites. The news from the Stuttgart automaker will be represented by electric versions of current models and cell-powered versions of their. Moreover, the automaker will launch a range of BlueDIRECT engines entitled to start in autumn this year. Therefore, the number of models altogether and entirely new will be reduced, but the news will be shared across the Mercedes Benz range.

With new engines and models, the guys from Mercedes-Benz launched their new marketing campaign with the motto “The best or nothing.” The new marketing slogan of the Mercedes-Benz aims faith Gottlieb Daimler – the company founder. Among the new models that Mercedes-Benz will introduce the range to the next period we mention: electric Smart ForTwo, B-Class, F-Cell and A-Class E-Cell.

Thanks to turbocharging and direct injection technology, new engines provide a maximum torque speed range and higher speed where maximum torque is available low in comparison with the speed at which torque is available from its predecessors. However, the new engines will get a stop-start system, but it will be offered only for some models.
