Lingenfelter Builds 700 HP Package For Cadillac CTS-V
Lingenfelter have built a tuning package for the 6.2-liter LS1 engine of Cadillac CTS-V. Thanks to the tweaks of the American tuner, now the engine develops over 700 HP.
The tuners of Lingenfelter, specialized in tuning GM models, have unveiled a new engine tuning package for Cadillac CTS-V. The 6.2-liter V8 engine of CTS-V is now able to deliver over 700 HP for a price of $11,245 and it’s available on all body versions of the American car. The package can only be installed at Lingenfelter headquarters, where they will thorn your engine to pieces and modify the cylinder head. So, the intake and exhaust ports will be polished, and the valves and their springs will be replace with racing ones.

The camshaft will also be replaced with parts from Competition Cams and 2.55 inch steel compressor pulley will be fitted to your CTS-V. the 6.2-liter V8 engine also receives new fuel injectors that will deliver even more fuel than the standard units. Than the whole package is mounted on your the car, tested and calibrated on a dynamo-meter for squeezing a maximum of power.
The guys of Lingenfelter also offer 2 year warranty for their customizations. The warranty is limited to 24,000 miles. Lingenfelter officials have not revealed the 0-60 sprint and top speed of the Cadillac CTS-V equipped with their tuning package and neither the torque value of the LS1 unit.
