Bad news for this years LA Auto Show for beauty lovers out there: some companies, it seems, decided not to hire models this year. Yes, that’s right, that state of economy, automotive crisis and what not made some managers out there consider that a car can “present” itself. Still, being there without booth models and spoke-women is much better than missing the even altogether, like Ferrari, Lamborghini and Maseratti. Ironic, don’t you think, that luxury companies like these three giants miss out a major event like the LA Auto Show. Maybe this is proof that the world, consumers first of all, is looking towards reliable smart cars these days, not supercars..

The Tokyo Motor show is one of the biggest car events in the automotive world. The biennial auto show held in October-November at the Makuhari Messe, Chiba City, Japan for cars, motorcycles and commercial vehicles is always media cowered in excess, and not the least when it comes to it’s show girls. Everything looked great, stunning, classy and… Asian. And that’s a compliment, and a big one too considering how smart and good-priced cars that part of the world came up with this year (and not only) as well as considering how good other … bodywork… looked at the auto event. Give it to Germany to make killer cars, killer music, but this old center Europe territory is not too bad when it comes to … women either. Well, each company brought its best looking assistants to the Frankfurt Auto Show, but local managers surely had their say too - so a big thumbs up for German fems!
