GALLERY: Hamann Package For BMW 5-Series F10 – Because M Sports Is Not Enough

Hamann BMW 5 Series F10 16

Hamann, the specialist in serious tuning of the BMW cars, comes with a personal suggestion for the exterior of the new BMW 5-Series F10. How good is the suggestion, see in the gallery below.

The BMW 5-Series sedan recently received an aesthetic package that is a bit more aggressive, called M Sports Package. But for the guys at Hamann is not enough, as the German tuner proposes something more evolved.

The front spoiler gets an adjustable splitter, and the bumper’s air intakes were redesigned, now integrating LED lights (it remains to be seen if it’s a good marriage with the “angel eyes” solution).

Aesthetically, the picture is completed with prominent side skirts, and in the back we get two spoilers (one on the rear-window and one on the trunk) plus an air diffuser and twin exhaust pipes (specially made for the BMW 550i version).

The ride’s hight was lowered 1,4 inches and so the 21″ rims get the spotlight, finished in mad lack and with chromed rings. The tyres are 255/30 ZR 21 in the front and 295/25 ZR 21 in the back the rims’ spokes letting us see the stock brake discs.

Inside, Hamann replaced all the wood or aluminium insertions with ones in carbon fiber, for a technical look, and the pedals are, how else than drilled and made of aluminium. The Hamann logos are not missing, on the headrests, wheel or floor mats.

Soon, Hamann will reveal an upgrade programme for the 2010 BMW 5-Series F10 engines.
