Starting Tuesday, Michael Schumacher will test a GP2 car on the Spanish circuit of  Jerez.
It seems that the seven times world Formula One champion can’t stay too far from the track an the adrenaline for too long. After the the German signed a three year contract with Mercedes GP at the end of the last year, it is said that Michael Schumacher is ready to get back on the wheel of a race car this week.
Starting Tuesday, the German will test, for three days, Supernova GP2 car of the Supernova team on the Jerez circuit in Spain, the information being confirmed by Schumacher’s spokesman for Autosport. According to German press, the test have already been approved by FIA and will have a private character.

Bernie Ecclestone is behind the offer made by Genie Capital investment fund for the purchase of General Motors’ Saab.
Spyker is in talks with the Americans from GM these days for buying Saab, but the Dutch automaker was forced to improve their offer because of a last minute surprise appearance of an investor.
Genie Capital investment fund announced it is interested in acquiring Saab with a few minutes before the deadline imposed by General Motors. However, the Swedish press reports that behind the offer made by Genie Capital is Bernie Ecclestone (pictured), F1 commercial rights holder.
Led by businessman Gerard Lopez, Genie Capital hopes to complete the transaction with the American automaker as soon as possible. “Tremendous brand value in a number of key automotive markets, as well as an innovative image. The German publication Bild said that the new Mercedes GP F1 car for 2010 will be released on January 25 and will be called RB1.
The cancelling of the common launched of the F1 car for the 2010 season made the teams teams to organize their own events and Sauber F1 Team was the first one that announced it will present their new weapon of attack in the last days of January.
