Ben Collins (The Ex-Stig) Was Hired By Fifth Gear
The mysterious driver of Top Gear TV Show, moved to the rivals at Fifth Gear. This time, Ben Collins would drive supercars without the famous white helmet.
The driver, Ben Collins, will be a part of the Fifth Gear team, and will make his first appearance next Friday, in the TV Show that rivals Top Gear. Last week, Ben Collins said that he wants to host his own TV show, because he had to many ideas that were too crazy for Top Gear. The guys of Fifth Gear didn’t think to much about letting the ex-Stig join the team, and now they hope to steal some of Top Gear’s fans by hiring the mysterious driver.
“I’m delighted to be joining the Fifth Gear team. And I am looking forward to a new set of exciting challenges, apparently with and without the helmet,” said Ben Collins about his debut in the Fifth Gear team.
The Fifth Gear team has another member that belonged to the Top Gear show, in the person of Tiff Needell. Fifth Gear TV Show, that already is at the 17th season now is hosted by Jason Plato, Vicki Butler-Henderson and Jonny Smith. While the previous seasons lasted for an hour (commercials included), the new format returned to the “original” 23 minutes with seven commercial minutes.
