Loeb Won The Seventh Consecutive WRC World Title

Sebastien Loeb won the Rally of France and became the seventh consecutive WRC world champion and Citroen won another trophy to constructors.

The Sebastien Loeb’s dominance at the World Rally Championship continued also in 2010 season, and the pilot of Citroen WRC team has mathematically secured the seventh world title after the victory obtained in the Rally of France, ended on Sunday, even in his hometown.

With two rounds before the season, the Frenchman has an advance of 68 points in front of Sebastien Ogier and can not be caught, because a win is rewarded with 25 points.

Also, the modest results registered by Ford helped Citroen to become again the world champion to constructors with two stages before the end of the season, thanks to an advance of 111 points.
