The new Ford Focus Station Wagon will be revealed in world premiere at the Geneva Motor Show 2010.
The new global generation Ford Focus will be also available in the Station Wagon version. The car will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show, during a press conference held by the European division of the American automaker, on Tuesday, within the Swiss event.
Focus SW will be initially launched in Europe, but if the request is high enough, Ford might consider selling it on other markets. Focus Focus SW could be called Estate on the United Kingdom markets.

Ford also plans the introduction of two other versions of the body on the same platform of the new global Focus: a three-door hatchback and a convertible hardtop. Americans might take into account the launch of a replacement for Kuga SUV, on the platform of an older generation Focus as well as producing a sporty coupe.

Ford Motor Company is one of the first to make what we discussed earlier about electric trucks before electric cars a reality. Their electric vehicle fleet will see a new addition later on this year: an all-electric version of the Transit Connect van. Ford Transit was award the Truck of the Year 2010 award, so we can only be thrilled at the idea of an electric reincarnation of the fabulous van/truck.
Production is already planned for this year, but actual production and availability will be for few models, and Ford will consequently plan and build more electric Transit Connect units depending on demand. Cautious, just like these testing times demand.

Today, February 10th, Honda announced it will recall some 400,00 vehicles for a rather peculiar problem. They say they have to  replace an airbag deflator that could rupture and send shards towards the driver in an accident. This coming un top of the bleak last weeks for neighbour global maker Toyota, that is facing massive recalls one after another.
To make at least some good for our readers, and for consumers worldwide, we decided to put togheter a timeline with major recalls in recent history. The 2011 Ford Shelby GT500. This is a car that can do miracles. Why’s that? Well because it got more power and reduced, no wait, removed it’s tax guzzler tax.
This Mustang is not some typical muscle car (not that there’s anything wrong with that), it features a 5.4-liter V8 that weighs less, delivers more power and uses a unique spray-coating process that eliminates the need for cast-iron liners in the aluminum cylinder block.
