Along with his passion for powerful cars, the Italian Filandri Moreno built this “supercar”, which is entirely hand made.
Uragano was built in four years and everything was made manually, from the body to the braking system, the suspension and the direction system. The only technical part which the Italian didn’t built is the 4.2 liter V8 engine, took from an old Audi A8.
The new model will not be given to production, being built by Moreno just to have a personal unique model in his garage. Anyway, the quality is not so good, it’s obvious that Filandri Moreno is an amateur.
