Mercedes GP Could Launch The New Mercedes Petronas RB1 F1 Car On January 25
The German publication Bild said that the new Mercedes GP F1 car for 2010 will be released on January 25 and will be called RB1.
The cancelling of the common launched of the F1 car for the 2010 season made the teams teams to organize their own events and Sauber F1 Team was the first one that announced it will present their new weapon of attack in the last days of January.
The other teams are expected to make similar announcements in the coming period, but the German publication Bild said in the Wednesday edition that the Mercedes GP has already decided to launch the new car on January 25. Although the event location is not specified, it will probably take place at Mercedes-Benz Museum in Stuttgart.

Mercedes-Petronas RB1
Anyway, the cited source says that the Germans’ car will be officially called “Mercedes-Petronas RB1″, RB particle representing the initials of team boss Ross Brawn. We remind you that Petronas is starting this year as the main sponsor of Mercedes GP team, after a long term partnership deal was signed.
On the other hand, the official debut of Michael Schumacher at the wheel of a Mercedes GP car is still uncertain. Although, initially, the publication has alleged that the event will be held on February 10 on the circuit of Jerez, the quoted source mentions that the team now has not yet made a final decision on the program. The first test session this winter will be held between February 1-3 on the Ricardo Tormo circuit in Valencia.

MAN YOU PEOPLE ARE RAVELLING UP ONE’S NERVES. THANK HEAVENS MICHAEL IS BACK AND MERCEDES GP PLUS ROSS IS GOING TO BE THE TEAM TO BEAT . GO FOR IT GUYS ENJOY EVERY MOMENT. I JUST WISH IT COULD BE POSSIBLE FOR A SOUTH AFRICAN F 1 RACE. ALL OF THE BEST TO THE WHOLE TEAM YOU CAN DO WITH THE HELP OF GOD. GREATINGS DAVE SOUTH AFRICA.
I am so longing to see the master at work Michael Schumacher of course, and now at last some descent formula 1 races, since his retirement formula 1 has been mighty boring, and all the magic has gone, now Michael is returning the magic has recovered,I wish Michael plenty of luck and i hopefully he blows them away and do what he did for ferrari and dominate the scene. He maybe 41 been he still hasnt lost his talent, he hasnt been a couch potato since 2006, he still is fit and well.the other drivers need wake up calls if they want to be mighty world champions, but i still reckon no-one will ever be getting 7 world titles, they are not so good and smart like Michael.
Sitting here and cannot wait for the launch tomorrow of the Mercedes Petronas RB1 and the return of the one and only Michael Schumacher.
Roll on March 14th
