Apple Dropping 10% Restocking Fee As Of Tomorrow, Ahead Of Verizon iPhone Event?
Even though the Consumer Electronics Show 2011 has just ended, Apple managed to steal the show even before the event’s ending. Why? We don’t know… it’s simply Apple. People to talk about Apple and discuss Apple rumors. Now that Verizon is holding an event on January 11th, 2011, everybody is thinking that the carrier will unveil a CDMA iPhone tomorrow. Another rumor just came in and it says that the Apple 10% restocking fees will be dropped.
What does this mean? It means that if you purchased an iPhone from an Apple Store and you want to take it back, you will no longer have to pay the 10% restocking fee. Is this related to the Verizon iPhone launch? Well, it could be as some of you might have purchased an iPhone 4 today and maybe as of tomorrow you will no longer want it because there’s a Verizon iPhone in stock so Apple is kinda encouraging CDMA iPhone sales.
Are you excited? I know I am. And I cannot wait for the Verizon iPhone to be released because I am completely tired of more than three years of continuous rumors about an Apple-Verizon partnership! Stay tuned, more information is coming soon!
