Michael Schumacher Has No Intention To Leave The Ferrari Formula 1 Team
In the past weeks there were lots of rumors surrounding Michael Schumacher. Most of them were linking Shuey with the Mercedes Formula 1 Team, and it seems that all this cascade of rumors began when Ferrari announced, more or less officially, that Schumacher is no longer an advisor of the Ferrari F1 Team.
Now, it seems that the rumors continue, and getting closer to reality. In this battle of speculations there are two sides: one linking the German with Mercedes GP, the other one saying that he is staying with Ferrari.
Mercedes GP’s Team chiefs Nick Fry and Norbert Haug, on purpose or not, fanned the flames “omitting” to rule out the possibility of a deal between them and Michael Schumacher. Of course, Willi Weber, Shuey’s manager, helped the fog gather around this case.
Even so, Ross Brawn, Mercedes GP team principal, comes out twice and says that there is no way the retired seven times Formula 1 world champion is going to drive for them in 2010.

In the help of Ross Brawn comes The Times newspaper that says that Ferrari “have received no indication from him that he may consider racing for a rival team.” They also added that the German and the team boss were not engaged in any discussion close to this subject: “Schumacher have not been in contact to discuss his future with Stefano Domenicali.”
“Sources made it clear that the Scuderia would not stand in Schumacher’s way should he decide to drive for Mercedes. That prospect, however, is regarded as highly remote,” the same newspaper said.
Anyway, we don’t expect Schumacher to leave Ferrari, and join Mercedes GP, because, even though he is/was (there are some questions marks here too) the best driver in the world, it will be a wrong step for him to come back on the Formula 1 stage at his age. This will probably cost him his reputation, but we will see if any of these rumors are true.

I would love to see Michael back in f1. The sport needs him. My interest in f1 diminished without him in the sport. I believe all f1 fans would be thrilled to see.Him back .
it’s good to have him back but i would be even more trilled if kimi raikkonen is a part of f1 2010…
