A few days ago we presented you a funny car commercial. In my opinion it was getting away from the subject, but my point of view is very far from being a professional one. So, some guys with some knowledge about commercials gathered last days to show me how it’s done. Here is the result.

Knowing that advertising is the soul of the commerce, would you want to see the best car commercial of the year and if it persuades you to buy the product? The answer is probably yes… beacuse these cars don’t need a commercial to sell them.

The guys from Association of Independent Commercial Producers awarded this year the best commercials of 2009. At the car section, the best spot was considered Jaguar’s XKR/XFR campaign. We must say that the association judges the commercials looking closely the cinematographic technique, special effects and the hasty tempo perspectives, all being liked by the jury.

So, in their commercial, Jaguar bombarded our eyes with an amalgam of pictures, colors and sounds that practically drive us crazy (especially that song). Anyway, the final product is a commercial that is not too easy to forget, but isn’t that the purpose of a commercial?
