Bugatti ends up is the water. Guilty? A pelican…
Where can you find a million dollar sports-car these days? In lakes, yes in water these days!
Fishing out a Bugatti Veyron, the French supercar present in most driver’s dreams, from a salt marsh in Texas state USA is probably the last thing rescue teams thought of doing this end of the work week.
But how did the car end there? The anonymous driver told the police that a low-flying pelican passing by distracted him, and that’s when he dropped his cell phone, reached to pick it up and veered off the road and into the salt marsh. The car was half-submerged in the brine about 20 feet from the road when police arrived. Police Lt. Greg Gilchrist confirmed (source: Associated Press) that the man declared a bird distracted him and that’s how the accident happened. Luckily, no one was hurt, and the Bugatti was only has submerged in the salty water of the marsh.
