The up-coming refreshed Honda Civic sedan has been caught in delicious spy material while undergoing desert testing. Car magazine’s Middle East division is to be thanked for the fine car paparazzi work. No camouflage, no blur and, of course, no bullcrap. Let’s look into this newest appearance of the Civic 2012…
The good news is that we also have a video, and that the material is of of good quality. Still, while we all have been waiting eagerly for quality spy shots of the Honda Civic 2012, none but the light headed could hope for surprises. Honda has taken the “extensive redo” phrase very seriously. Not that the new Honda Civic lack updates.

As you can see in the photos and in the included spy video, a new grille and bumper appear up front, along with sharper angles – a trend Asian carmakers seemingly can’t resist. Honda has designed new tail-lights for the Civic 2012, while the interior is the bi-level panel adorned medium standard drivers of the current Civic already know only too well.
Still, powertrain and further equipment novelties are still pending from Honda, thus we can still hope for something to keep us from yawning all over the 2012 Civic. We will keep you up to date on that, as well as make sure you are all buzzed when the Japanese maker sets a debut date for the Honda Civic 2012 sedan.
