RUF Tuning For 2010 Porsche Cayenne Diesel

If you want your Porsche to be tweaked to its maximum capacity, many people would go to the  RUF German tuner.  This German tuner specializes in all Porsche things  and are known to refine and enhance Porsche’s models better than others. Their most recent “pice of art” is a tuning package for the Porsche Cayenne Diesel.

This new kit is available in two upgrade versions with a max output of 310 HP (from a standard 240 HP). The package can be applied to the Porsche Cayenne version powered by direct-injected 3.0 liter V6 turbo engine with a  eight-speed Tiptronic S transmission.

In the first package, the Cayenne Diesel’s performance is increased to 288 HP with   580 Nm of torque. It includes the optimization of the electronic engine management system and is priced at  $34,890 plus VAT. In the second package, the power boost of the engine is taken to an awesome 310 HP  630 Nm of torque. This package includes a modified turbocharger and the optimization of the engine management system and cost around $9,270 plus VAT.

We enjoy a good power boost just as much as  anyone, but  some exterior modifications would have been nice to see on the Porsche. RUF  tuner has decided against those types of upgrades at this point, but we are hoping they will add a bit of style to this package at some point.
